The story
Big-salon skill,
one-chair heart
Willow built her craft in busy salons before deciding the best work happens when a colourist gives one head of hair their whole attention. So she opened By Willow, a private studio on Barkly Street in Mornington, shared with a small community of local business women.
The specialty is colour that looks like it grew that way. Balayage, dimensional blondes, rich coppers and brunettes, and weft extensions, every one custom-mixed and finished with her own twist. The obsession underneath it all is simple: your hair should be healthier when you leave than when you arrived.
